JMT series pipe threading machine
1. The steel pipe is clamped with a double-chuck structure, and the pneumatic chuck adopts an imported large-diameter chuck. The clamping and loosening of the chuck can only be performed when the spindle stops. Under the action of the air control check valve, the air pressure in the clamping cylinder remains unchanged and the action is reliable.
2. The hydraulic servo tool holder adopts the tool holder imported from Italy, with fast and stable indexing, no lifting mechanism, large diameter toothed disc, high precision and large locking force.
3. The stopper is on the front side of the main shaft, which is used for positioning and stopping of the steel pipe. Its main function is to ensure the accurate positioning of the steel pipe in the machine tool. At the same time, when the steel pipe enters the machine tool, if a fault occurs, the machine tool can be effectively protected, the impact energy of the steel pipe can be absorbed, and the steel pipe can be decelerated and stopped.
4. The inner support device is controlled by hydraulic pressure to realize the expansion and contraction of the inner support stabilizer, and rotate with the steel pipe. Its main functions are: to stabilize the processing process and reduce noise; at the same time, completely block the pipe end to prevent water from flowing out of the far end of the pipe.
5. Optional tube body loading and unloading table is used to transfer tube body material to processing and loading and unloading positions.
